The Dashboard is a graphical interface that provides an overview of key data, information and metrics relevant to the monitoring and control of company operations. It is a tool that offers users a consolidated and real-time view of the data from the vehicle, asset and document tracking and monitoring system.

Driver is the person responsible for operating a vehicle. In the Quatenus platform, the term "driver" is used for the identification of the driver who drives a vehicle at a given time. Driver identification can be done through methods such as personal identification keys or integration with access control systems.

Events are specific occurrences or incidents related to the tracking and monitoring of vehicles and assets. These may include information about route deviations, speeding, entering or leaving a specific geographic area, prolonged stops, and alarm activation, among other specific events that can be configured by the user to receive notifications or alerts.

A Geo Area refers to a specific geographic area delimited on the map, usually defined by geographic coordinates or polygons. The Geo Area is used to create virtual walls or bounded zones on a map, allowing users to define areas of interest or restricted areas for monitoring.

A Geo Entity is a combination of geographic data with additional information related to a specific entity, such as a vehicle, an asset or a person. In the case of Quatenus, a Geo Entity is a geographical representation of an object or entity that can be tracked and monitored through the company's tracking system.

Geo Objects are specific elements or entities present in a geographical environment. These objects can be represented by points, lines or polygons and are usually associated with geographic coordinates or a precise spatial location.

In the context of tracking and tracing systems such as Quatenus, Geo Objects can be used for the representation of points of interest, bounded areas, routes and other relevant elements on the map.

These geographic objects allow the identification and visualization of places of interest, the definition of safety or restriction zones and the monitoring of specific routes or paths.

In short, Geo Objects are representations of geographical elements that allow the analysis, monitoring and management of information related to a given spatial environment.

With GIS Tools (georeferenced system information), you have the possibility to view different types of maps, zoom options (better view of what you want), several layers of Geo Entities of the company, map options (show icons), route options (e.g. point to point), street view, georeferenced information tools, map configuration, real time view and all available events.

System Events are notifications or alerts generated by Quatenus' own system to inform about relevant occurrences related to vehicle and asset tracking and monitoring.

These events may include information about user actions, device status notifications, location updates, among other events automatically generated by the system.

A user refers to a person or entity that has access to the Quatenus system and can view information, set preferences and perform actions related to vehicle and asset management.
